Terms and conditions for MC-Premium Gift Cards

A gift card is a non-personalised (bearer) card issued and activated by Atelier or the Online Shop, which can be used for future purchases or as a gift for loved ones or friends.

The GIFT CARD will be issued to the Purchaser and may be used immediately by the Purchaser or any other Cardholder to purchase goods from Atelier or the Online Shop in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

The phrases used in the Terms and Conditions mean:

Atelier – firmowy sklep MC-Premium Wydawcy położony na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oferujący Towary i Usługi, z wyłączeniem Sklepu internetowego. Adres Atelier jest dostępny na stronie internetowej https://mc1978.com/

Sklep internetowy – odpowiednio: sklep internetowy prowadzony przez Wydawcę pod adresem: https://mc1978.com/

Karta Podarunkowa MC-Premium – bon towarowy uprawniający Użytkownika do realizacji zakupu Towarów w Atelier oraz sklepie internetowym https://mc1978.com/.

Buyer – a person who purchases an MC-Premium Gift Card from the Issuer in exchange for the transfer of funds in the amount corresponding to the nominal value of the MC-Premium Gift Card.

User – the purchaser or any holder of an MC-Premium Gift Card

Towary – przedmioty oferowane do sprzedaży w Atelier oraz sklepie internetowym https://mc1978.com/.

Services – services offered at the Atelier

Words used in both the singular and plural can also mean plural and singular respectively, depending on the context.

1 These Terms and Conditions set out the general rules for the acquisition, activation and use of the MC-Premium Gift Card.

2 Gift cards can be purchased at the Atelier and in the Online Shop.

The card is activated at the time of purchase in Atelier and/or online shop. It is possible to purchase a gift card worth 300 PLN gross, 500 PLN gross and 1,000 PLN gross in the Atelier and online shop.

4 Payment for the MC-Premium Gift Card at Atelier can only be made in cash.

5. payment for the MC-Premium Gift Card in the Online Shop can be made by:

a credit card in an electronic payment system currently accepted by the publisher;
by traditional transfer;
by online transfer via the Przelewy24 platform.

6 Payment for the MC-Premium Gift Card in the Online Shop cannot be made by cash on delivery (payment on delivery).

Shipping of the MC-Premium Gift Card purchased from the Online Shop is carried out by the Purchaser selecting one of the delivery options:

UPS courier service.
Personal collection at Atelier MC Premium.

8. the MC-Premiumo Gift Card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of activation..

The validity of the MC-Premium Gift Card cannot be extended. Cash that has not been redeemed before the expiry of the card will be lost.

9 The MC-Premium gift card entitles you to purchase at Atelier MC Premium and the mc1978.com online shop, including goods subject to promotions and discounts.

10 The MC-Premium Gift Card is a single-use card, the Purchaser can make a purchase once, as long as the funds allocated to the card allow.

11. in the event of a purchase of Goods, the amount of funds on the card is reduced by the value of the purchase.

If the value of the selected Goods is higher than the amount of money assigned to the MC-Premium Gift Card, the User is obliged to pay the difference, and if Goods with a lower value are selected, the difference is not refundable, and it is not possible to give change in cash from the MC-Premium Gift Card.

13. It is not possible to exchange the MC-Premium gift card for cash.

14 The MC-Premium gift card purchased at Atelier is non-refundable to the issuer, even if not redeemed within the validity period.

15 The MC-Premium gift cardwithpurchased in the online shop is subject to refund to the Issuer, in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287), under the rules set out in the MC-Premium shop regulations.

16 The purchase of an MC-Premium Gift Card is not subject to any promotional or sales campaigns organised by the Issuer.

In the event of the loss, destruction or theft of the MC-Premium gift card, the user has no claim against the issuer.

18. the issuer has the right to refuse to redeem the MC-Premium gift card if the card is damaged, which makes it impossible to read the information written on it, its validity period has expired.

19. Reklamacje związane z kartami podarunkowymi MC-Premium mogą być składane pisemnie w Atelier, w godzinach ich otwarcia, bądź na adres: MC-Premium, ul. Czeremchowa 2a, 30-218 Kraków, z dopiskiem: „Reklamacja karty podarunkowej”. Rozpatrzenie reklamacji nastąpi w terminie 30 dni od dnia jej doręczenia. 20.
