EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In accordance with the law, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. (Regulations on distance and off-premises contracts are included in the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 287 as amended):

The deadline to withdraw from the contract will expire after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send the completed form available on our website (attached below).

The return is possible only if the product has original tags and does not bear any signs of use.

Goods personalized, created or modified according to the Consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs are not subject to returns.

Atelier MC-Premium reserves the right to refuse returns sent or reported by the customer after the specified date, or returns of goods whose condition differs from the condition of the product received.

After approval of the return, you will receive its value in the same way that you made the purchase.

After the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have internal and external tags), a transfer will be made to your account within 14 working days. Goods prepared on special order are not eligible for return.

Return instructions:

  • Returned goods are accepted only in the original packaging and bearing the original label, with the attached return form and a proof of purchase, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods from the seller. Otherwise, returns will be rejected. Shipment to the following address:

  • The customer is responsible for the SELLER’S REFUSE TO RETURN THE GOODS if the customer used the product in a way that went beyond its specification, not in accordance with the characteristics of the goods and if the product has any traces of use

Exchange of goods

If the received product does not meet your expectations in terms of size, we suggest replacing the product within 14 calendar days with the same model in a different size.

To take advantage of this option, please contact our Atelier so that we can verify the inventory of the desired size. The costs of delivery of the replaced product are borne by the customer

After receiving the approval of the exchange by phone or e-mail, please send the product back together with the exchange form to the address of Atelier MC-Premium.

Product exchange instructions:

  • The exchanged products are accepted only in the original packaging, bearing the original label, with the attached exchange form and the proof of purchase, within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods from the seller. Otherwise, the exchange will not be accepted.
  • The goods replaced by the customer should be packed in an appropriate manner to prevent possible damage during transport.
  • The customer bears full responsibility for the REFUSAL TO EXCHANGE GOODS if they have used it in a way that goes beyond the product specification, contrary to its features, and if the product shows any signs of use.
